A founding board member of Wellaroo. In 1994, after working in software development for companies like Microsoft and Nintendo of America, John co-founded a strategic growth and talent acquisition company ProCast to meet the demands for hiring technical talent in the burgeoning internet sector. ProCast was acquired by Amazon.com in 1997 at which time John was hired on as a consultant within the company’s software development operations.

 

In 2006, John co-founded Bionavitas, an environmental solutions company that developed oils from algae for renewable energy and environmental remediation applications. John currently runs a sustainable living community education pilot project in Washington state that teaches people how to create their own sustainable food, medicine and energy systems.
